Aziz Rahman was asked to be the contributing editor of the just-published Chambers White-Collar Crime Global Practice Guide 2025.

As editor, Aziz wrote the guide’s introductory chapter, which details recent relevant legal changes and the challenges that are being created by the increasingly global nature of white-collar crime. He addresses current issues such as aggressive sanctions regimes, cybercrime and cryptocurrency, international cooperation, deferred prosecution agreements, money laundering, whistleblowers and self-reporting.

The Guide features chapters by legal experts from jurisdictions around the world. It is designed and compiled to provide the latest legal information on criminal company law and corporate fraud, corporate and personal liability, white-collar enforcement and defences, bribery, market abuse, tax fraud, cartels, cybercrime, money laundering and whistle-blowing.
